Clarksville Association of REALTORS hires Josh Branum as new Public Affairs Coordinator

Clarksville Association of REALTORSClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Association of REALTORS (CAR) is pleased to announce the hiring of Josh Branum as their new Public Affairs Coordinator.

Branum is a Communications graduate from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. While attending UTC, Branum was also an intern for the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce where he wrote for their monthly publication, Trend, and helped to promote their events.

As the Public Affairs Coordinator for CAR, Branum will serve as a spokesperson for CAR initiatives, while also developing relationships with the community and local government officials to promote the value of Clarksville area REALTORS.

“I have no doubt that Josh is going to be a phenomenal asset to the Clarksville Association of REALTORS. His genuine personality creates a great vibe that is contagious and I know he will be a perfect fit to what our organization has been hoping to fill with this role,” said Kayla Goad LeVan, 2016 President of CAR.

“Our organization is committed to providing the highest level of service to our members, and the hiring of Mr. Branum is our next step in doing just this. The mission that he is charged with will only serve to increase the relevance of our REALTOR members to our community. From advocacy with our local and state government to media and public relations within our community, the value of our REALTORS will grow,” said Deb Haines-Kulick, Executive Officer of CAR.

“I am incredibly thrilled to work with the Clarksville Association of REALTORS, and the opportunity to educate our community about the importance of not only our REALTORS, but the integral role REALTORS play in fighting for homeownership, information with accuracy and integrity, and smart growth in our community,” said Branum.

Branum joins the existing CAR staff of Nickohl Wirsu, Education Coordinator, Sara Wells, Member Services Coordinator, and Haines-Kulick, Executive Officer in serving the needs of the REALTOR membership.
