Nashville Sounds hosts four game series against New Orleans Zephyrs, Saturday

Nashville SoundsNashville, TN – The Nashville Sounds Baseball Club begins a four-game homestand on Saturday, April 23rd, when they welcome the New Orleans Zephyrs to First Tennessee Park.

Saturday’s 6:35pm game is the first of 16 games the Nashville Sounds will play against the Triple-A affiliate of the Miami Marlins during the 2016 season.

Saturday, April 23rd

Nashville Sounds vs. New Orleans
6:35pm, Gates open at 5:30pm

Sunday, April 24th

Nashville Sounds vs. New Orleans
2:05pm, Gates open at 1:00pm

  • Pre-game autograph session with select Sounds players from 1:15-1:30
  • Team Photo Giveaway – the first 2,000 fans inside First Tennessee Park receive the 2016 Nashville Sounds team photo
  • Military Sunday presented by Piedmont Natural Gas, Tennessee 811 and WSMV Channel 4 – the Sounds will wear camouflage jerseys to honor active/veteran military men, women & families.
  • Post-game Kids Run the Bases (12 & under) presented by First Tennessee

Monday, April 25th

Nashville Sounds vs. New Orleans
6:35pm, Gates open at 5:30pm

  • Major League Monday Koozie Giveaway presented 650 AM WSM (First 2,000 Fans)

Tuesday, April 26th

Nashville vs. New Orleans
6:35pm, Gates open at 5:30pm

  • “Live from Nashville, it’s Tuesday Night” – Soundstock Theme Night presented by The Tennessean – Dress up in your favorite Woodstock gear, win prizes and enjoy the party!
  • Tennessee Titans linebacker Avery Williamson to throw out the ceremonial first pitch at 6:25pm. Williamson will be joined on the field with four kids from the Boys and Girls Club of Middle Tennessee.
