Clarksville Montgomery County area TDOT Maintenance Work starting May 20th, 2016

Tennessee Department of Transportation - TDOTNashville, TN – The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) reports that on Friday May 20th, from 8:00pm through Monday May 23rd, 3:00am, I-24 will be closed in both directions, for texture coating, milling, paving, replacing barrier walls, and installing pavement markers.

Road Closure

Traffic will be diverted using the on and off ramps at Exit 8 (Rossview Road).

SR 237 will be closed during this time.

This is part of the bridge replacement project over Interstate 24 (Exit 8) on State Route 237.

Cheatham County

Bridge Replacement on I-40 over the Harpeth River
From now through July 2016, Anderson Road at the I-40 overpass will be closed. Detours are in place.

Davidson County

On-Call Concrete Repair at Various Locations

On Saturday, May 21st at 3:00am through Monday May 23rd, 6:00am, the ramp for I-24 westbound to SR 45 (Old Hickory Blvd (Exit 40)) will have a partial lane closure to remove and replace concrete.  The on-ramp from SR 45 to I-24 eastbound  will be closed on the right side and shifted on the left to remove and replace concrete.  The ramps will be open to traffic.

On Wednesday, May 26th, from 8:00pm–6:00am, the ramp for I-24 westbound to SR 45 (Old Hickory Blvd (Exit 40)), the ramp from SR 45 to I-24 Westbound, and the ramp from SR 45 to I-24 Eastbound will be shifted/closed to saw and seal joints. There will only be one ramp affected at a time if a closure is needed.

Robertson County

On Wednesday, June 1st through Sunday June 12th, SR 257 in Robertson County will be closed for natural gas pipeline repairs at intersection of Keyes Road and Betts Road. (Tennessee Gas Pipeline Co. LLC)

On Sunday, May 22nd from 6:00am-9:00am, there will be rolling road blocks on I-65 in both directions at the Welcome Center Exit 120 for Comcast to take down existing cable.
