Montgomery County Animal Care and Control receives PetSmart grants

Montgomery County Animal Care and ControlMontgomery County, TN – Montgomery County Animal Care and Control is pleased to have been chosen for two grants from PetSmart Charities, totaling nearly $18,000.

The first grant for $7,650.00 will be used for shelter improvements and to benefit the animals in the care of Animal Control.

The second grant is for 12 pallets of puppy and dog food, worth $10,295.77.

Jeanette Farrell, Animal Control Director states, “PetSmart Charities is great partner and supporter of our facility and these grants will directly benefit the animals in our care. As thrilled as we are to receive these grants, we know that ultimately the animals are the true winners in this partnership!”
