APSU's Jessica Cathey, AnnaMichelle Moore, Ashton Goodley and Taylor Goodley

Senior Jessica Cathey (business major), sophomore AnnaMichelle Moore (business) and freshmen Ashton Goodley (psychology) and Taylor Goodley (political science) each achieved the requisite 3.50 cumulative grade-point average–Ashton Goodley with a perfect 4.0, followed by Taylor (3.89), Cathey (3.78) and Moore (3.67).

Cathey wrapped up her collegiate career with a third All-Ohio Valley Conference honor, while Taylor Goodley captured All-Newcomer honors—the first by an APSU women’s golfer since Cathey in 2013.

All four of Austin Peay’s WGCA All-American Scholars were part of the Governors quintet at the 2016 OVC Championships, which saw APSU finish in the top-five for the first time since 2013.

“I am very proud of the way the team makes academics a priority,” said head coach Sara Robson. “We are excited to have four players receive this honor.”
