Clarksville Gas and Water reports Lafayette Road Area Water Outage and Road Closure

Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has turned off water service on Lafayette Road from Charlemagne Boulevard to Lillie Belle Lane to repair a water main leak.

The water outage will also affect residents on Collinwood Drive, Monarch Lane and Cloe Court during the work. Area residents may also experience low water pressure.

Road Closure

Lafayette Road is also closed to traffic from Collinwood Drive to Kelsey Drive. Motorists will be detoured to Kelsey Drive and Charlemagne Boulevard to avoid the work zone.

The water main leak repair is anticipated to be finished and water service restored by approximately 7:30pm and the road is expected to reopen to through traffic by 8:30pm.
