Montgomery County Sheriff's Office - MCSOClarksville, TN – The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) is doing Warrant Wednesday to help reduce the over 6000 active warrants on file.

Every Wednesday three wanted individuals will be spotlighted on the Sheriff’s Office Facebook page. They will be chosen based on felonies committed, number of warrants on file, or if they are considered dangerous.

This week’s Warrant Wednesday focuses on Laquinton Tillman, Wayne Newcomer, and Rafael Lujano Mendez.

Laquinton Tillman and Wayne Newcomer

Laquinton Tillman

Laquinton TillmanLaquinton Tillman, 23, has four warrants on file.

Hall has four outstanding capias warrants on file for harassment, violation of parole, three counts of criminal simulation, criminal impersonation, and driving on a revoked license.

He is 6 feet tall, 130 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.

Wayne Newcomer

Wayne NewcomerWayne Newcomer, 33, has five warrants on file.

Newcomer is wanted for burglary of a vehicle, two counts of identity theft, and has two outstanding capias warrants on file.

He is 6 feet tall, 175 pounds, with green eyes and red hair.

Rafael Lujano Mendez

Rafael Lujano Mendez, 45, has two warrants on file.

Mendez is wanted for money laundering and theft.

He is 5 feet 8 inches tall, 228 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
