Clarksville, TN – This evening, Tuesday, September 4th, 2016 at 6:31pm, Clarksville Police Department Officers responded to a shots fired call on the 500 block of Donna Drive.
This was not a random shooting. After an altercation between the victim and the suspect, the suspect, 34-year-old James Shadowens IV from Clarksville, shot the male victim in the leg.
The victim was transported by EMS to Tennova Healthcare with what appeared to be a non-life threatening gunshot wound.
Shadowens will be booked into Montgomery County Jail with an Aggravated Assault charge. The booking information is not yet available.
