Four accept Plea Agreement in Clarksville Cocaine Operation case

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department reports that on October 6th, 2016, Tyrone Hoosier, Christopher Hoosier, Jamesthon Griffin and Nimmond Lee accepted a plea agreement to the charge of Conspiracy to Distribute over 300 grams of cocaine within Montgomery County.

As part of the agreement, each will serve 15 years in the Tennessee Department of Corrections.

The charges stem from a joint investigation involving the Clarksville Police Department, DEA Task Force, and Special Agents in the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s Drug Investigation Division which began in April 2012.

As part of the investigation, a total of 27 people were indicted by the Grand Jury; many of whom are still awaiting trial.

This is still an ongoing investigation.
