Clarksville Police Department holds Promotion Ceremony for Rodney Lockerman

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On Friday, October 28th, 2016, the Clarksville Police Department hosted a promotion ceremony.

After the opening comments and invocation by Chaplain Modesto Martinez, Chief Al Ansley presented Detective Rodney Lockerman with a Promotion Certificate to the rank of Sergeant.
