Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Association of Realtors® (CAR) reports that the average number of properties for sale for September was 17.4% fewer than September 2015.
In September, there were 1800 properties for sale, while in September 2015, there were 2142 available properties.
CAR also reports that since April 2016, properties have sold at 98% or above of their List Price.
“It’s clear that if you want to sell your home extremely close to your asking price, you need a Realtor, said Kayla Goad, 2016 President of the Clarksville Association of Realtors. “Our community is growing, and it’s a wonderful time to sell your house, and move into a space that will allow you to grow in the future,” said Goad.
