Fort Campbell’s Blanchfield Army Community Hospital observes Thanksgiving holiday

Blanchfield Army Hospital - BACH - Fort Campbell KYFort Campbell, KY – In honor of the national observance of Thanksgiving Day, Blanchfield Army Community Hospital (BACH) personnel will observe the federal holiday Thursday, November 24th.

Therefore, all Soldier and Patient-Centered Medical Homes and pharmacies will be closed. The hospital remains open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for emergency services, inpatient care, and labor and delivery services.

All BACH services will open normal hours Wednesday, November 23rd.

On Friday, November 25th, BACH Soldier and Patient-Centered Medical Homes, BACH’s primary care services, will consolidate services.

All patients receiving primary care services Friday, November 25th will be seen in the Air Assault Family Medical Home.

Appointments will be booked through the BACH Appointment Line with no walk-in services provided within primary care medical homes that
day.

BACH specialty and surgical services will participate in a Day of No Scheduled Activities Friday, November 25th and will be closed. BACH Pharmacies will operate on a condensed schedule on the DONSA.

The Main hospital, LaPointe, Byrd and Screaming Eagle Medical Home Pharmacies will be closed Friday, November 25th. The Town Center Pharmacy will be open from 8:00am to 5:00pm Friday, November 25th and will open normal Saturday business hours from 8:00am to 4:00pm November 26th.

“We want to extend our heartfelt wishes for a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving to our deployed service members and their families as well as the local communities and our nation who graciously supports them,” said BACH commander Col. Telita Crosland.

“We are blessed to live in America. Thanksgiving is a perfect time for us as to reflect and be grateful for the freedoms we enjoy and for the blessings we experience as a nation.”
