Clarksville Police Department cites three businesses during December 1st Alcoholic Beverage Commission Operation

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On December 1st, 2016, Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) Agents of the Clarksville Police Department’s Special Operations Unit working in conjunction with Agents from the Tennessee State Alcohol Beverage Control conducted operations targeting the sales of alcohol to underage persons.

Compliance checks were done on 15 businesses with 12 businesses being found in compliance and 3 businesses cited for sales of alcohol to underage persons.

These types of operations are ongoing in an attempt to prevent the sales of alcohol to underage persons.  

Agent Jason Smock and Agent Vince Duke are the lead investigators.
