Clarksville Police reports Single-Vehicle Incident on West Creek School Grounds

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Today, December 28th, 2016 at 3:59pm, Clarksville Police Officers were dispatched to a single-vehicle traffic incident that occurred on West Creek School Grounds located at the 1200 block of West Creek Coyote Trail.

A 15-year-old female was injured from the incident with life-threatening injuries. She was transported by ambulance to Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

The Vols (7-5) closed out its pre-conference schedule before the Christmas holiday, going on the road and picking up a tough 72-68 win at East Tennessee State last Thursday. Tennessee was making its first appearance in Johnson City since 1963 and was led to victory by junior guard Detrick Mostella who scored 25 points off the bench.

Clarksville Police request help identifying Clarksville-Montgomery County Public Library Theft Suspect

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police Department Detective Scott Beaubien is trying to identify a suspect involved in a Theft of Property and is requesting public assistance.

On December 14th, 2016 between 7:50pm and 7:57pm at the Clarksville-Montgomery County Public Library at 350 Pageant Lane, an unknown black male entered the library and stole a black 32” flat screen TV with a DVD player from the Wings of Love display.

Clarksville Gas and Water reports East Johnson Circle Closed for Fire Hydrant Replacement

Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has closed East Johnson Circle from Hawkins Road to Cloverdale Drive for fire hydrant replacement work.

Emergency personnel will be allowed through, but all other motorists will be detoured to Hawkins Road and Cloverdale Drive during the work.

The hydrant replacement is anticipated to be finished and the road reopened by approximately 12:30pm.

Clarksville Police report vehicle crash on Dunbar Cave Road

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department Traffic Division is working a single-vehicle crash on Dunbar Cave Road in front of the Swan Lake Golf Course.

The driver is being Life-Flighted to Vanderbilt University Medical Center. The passenger is enroute by ambulance to Tennova Medical Center.

Dunbar Cave Road is blocked from Wingate Drive to Highway 374. The road may remain blocked for an hour or longer. Drivers are urged to find alternate routes.
