Clarksville Police Department releases Alcoholic Beverage Commission Operation results from March 23rd, 2017

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On March 23rd, 2017, ABC (Alcohol Beverage Control ) Agents of the Clarksville Police Department’s Special Operations Unit, in conjunction with State ABC Agents, conducted alcohol beverage compliance checks targeting the sale of alcohol to underage persons.

The compliance checks were conducted at thirteen businesses.

Ten businesses followed the alcohol beverage compliance procedures while three others were cited for sales of alcohol to underage persons.

The businesses that were cited were Demos’, Harbor Cafe and Soho 1.

Agents Jason Smock and Vince Duke were the lead investigators from the Clarksville Police Department’s Special Operations Unit.
