Customer Utility Billing Line restored
Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Gas and Water phone system is back in service and the customer Utility Billing Line, which provides a pay-by-phone option, is again available.
The phone service had been out Wednesday because of an AT&T phone outage.
The main business phone and customer Utility Billing Line, 931.645.7400, is now available from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday-Friday. Customers should call the normal EMERGENCY phone number, 931.645.0116, after office hours Monday-Friday and on weekends and holidays.
Customers also may pay their utility bill by using WebConnect online bill payment on the Gas and Water website, www.clarksvillegw.com
Customers should access the site and then click on the “One Time Pay” or “Access My Account” buttons.
Customers may also pay their bills from 8:00am to 4:30pm at either of the Gas and Water customer service centers, 2015 Fort Campbell Boulevard, or 2215 Madison Street, or any of the following authorized payment agents during business hours: City Hall, One Public Square; or Clarksville locations of Legends Bank, Planters Bank, US Bank or Heritage Bank.
