No driver’s license services on Good Friday at Clarksville City Hall

City of Clarksville - Clarksville, TNClarksville, TN – Tennessee State driver’s license services will not be available on Good Friday at Clarksville City Hall.

The City Finance Office also reminds business owners that State of Tennessee business tax returns are due by April 15th for most businesses.

The Driver Services Division of the Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security will be performing a computer upgrade on April 14th, and the City’s revenue collection office will be unable to renew or replace state driver’s licenses or state identification cards.

The revenue collection office on the first floor at City Hall, One Public Square, will be open as usual from 7:30am to 5:00pm April 14th, to conduct other business.

Drivers  may also renew, replace or change your personal information on the website.

Owners of businesses inside the City of Clarksville are reminded that the State of Tennessee business tax return is due on the 15th day of the fourth month following the end of the business’s fiscal year. For many businesses the due date is April 15th.

Business tax returns are filed online with the State of Tennessee Department of Revenue. Once the business has filed with the State, the City of Clarksville will issue an updated business license.
