Eight Month Long Drug Investigation in Clarksville Results in Arrests and Seizures

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department reports that an eight month long investigation into the distribution of large quantities of illegal narcotics yielded numerous arrests and seizures this week, with more arrests and charges expected.

The investigation was a joint effort involving numerous agencies: Clarksville Police Department, 19th Judicial District Drug Task Force, Drug Enforcement Administration, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, and Kentucky State Police.

Eight Month Long Drug Investigation in Clarksville Results in Arrests and Seizures

There were fourteen search warrants executed by the 19th JDDTF, Clarksville Special Operations Unit, Clarksville Police Department’s Tactical Unit, and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Services Unit.

Large quantities of Methamphetamine and Marijuana were seized as well as diverted prescription drugs, cocaine, drug paraphernalia, 34 firearms, and proceeds from the distribution/sale of narcotics.

The following individuals were arrested (bonds are in parenthesis) in connection with the investigation:

  • Kenneth Moore ($70,000)
  • Crystal Lancaster ($50,000)
  • Guy Suiter ($30,000)
  • Ramon Leis ($260,000)
  • Taylor Underwood ($165,000)
  • Richard Jacumin ($27,000)
  • James Conner ($125,000)
  • Hubert Bell ($35,000)
  • Dontevious Clayborn ($60,000)
  • Ricardo Dewey ($60,000)
  • Mia Doy ($45,000)
  • Raymond Fite ($1,000)
  • Rickey Houston-Church ($80,000)
