Clarksville, TN – The 15th annual Rivers and Spires Festival kicks off tonight, Thursday, April 20th, in Downtown Clarksville Tennessee from 5:00pm until 10:00pm. Chase & Ovation will headline the Public Square Stage tonight performing the music of Prince.
Rivers and Spires is an event for the whole family featuring children’s activities, arts vendors, a car show, military exhibits, shopping and so much more. Those that attend will have five stages of live entertainment with over 100 performers to enjoy during the three day event.

The award winning Quilts of the Cumberland exhibit begins tonight at the Madison Street United Methodist Church at 5:00pm. There will be quilts of different shapes and sizes on display to the public. The quilts will be judged this afternoon and the winning quilts will be known at the event opening.
Quilts of the Cumberland is open Thursday and Friday from 5:00pm – 8:00pm and Saturday from 10:00am – 6:00pm.
The Madison Street United Methodist Church is located at 319 Madison Street (use the Commerce Street Entrance).
Northeast High School’s Exit One and JV Show Choirs will kick off Rivers and Spires at 5:30pm on the Public Square Stage. Stop by and hear wonderful show tunes and dance routines from Motown and Broadway.
At 7:00pm, Who’s Bad takes the stage performing songs by Michael Jackson. Who’s Bad live performance is an unrivaled celebration of pop music’s one true King. Their power-packed performance of Michael Jackson expansive catalog has ignited crowds on every continent and can only be described as a jaw-dropping, musical must-see.
Closing out Rivers and Spires Thursday night entertainment will be Chase & Ovation at 8:30pm on the Public Square Stage. Chase & Ovation will be performing music by the late, great artist, Prince.
