Clarksville Police request public help locating Homicide Suspect Rashaud Watson for Overnight Shooting

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are looking for Rashaud D. Watson, 25, a Homicide suspect involved in an overnight shooting in Clarksville.

On Tuesday, February 27th, 2018 around 10:23pm, Clarksville Police Officers responded to 1232 Paradise Hill Road for a shooting in progress. When officers arrived, they found a 41 year old male Aaron Johnson, 40, who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.

The victim was transported by ambulance to and pronounced deceased at Tennova Healthcare.

The investigation revealed that Rashaud D. Watson, who was known to the victim, entered the residence, pulled out a gun and fired and hit the 41 year old multiple times. Watson had fled the scene prior to officers’ arrival.

Also, he may be in the company of Chrissy Huntley (Johnson), 21. Police are concerned for her welfare and would like her to contact us to ensure she is safe.

Rashaud Watson has a Criminal Homicide warrant on file and should be considered armed and dangerous.

Chrissy Huntley does not have warrants and is not a suspect. CPD is just concerned for her welfare.
