Clarksville-Montgomery County area TDOT Maintenance Work starting June 22nd, 2018

Tennessee Department of Transportation - TDOTNashville, TN – The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) reports that in Montgomery County there will be grading, drainage, construction of bridge, retaining wall and paving from River Road to Zinc Plant Road from now through Wednesday, June 27th from 9:00am until 3:00pm.

There will be temporary lane closure with flagging operations on Highway 13 for clearing operations.

Lane Closure

Cheatham-Robertson-Davidson Counties

I-24 Resurfacing
From Friday, June 22nd through Wednesday, June 27th (excluding weekends), from 8:00pm-6:00am, there will be nightly lane closures on I-24 in both directions, between mile makers 24 and 37, for milling and paving operations. State Troopers will be utilized for traffic control.

Davidson County

Starting Monday, June 25th through Wednesday, June 27th, from 8:00pm-5:00am, there will be alternating lane closures on I-40 in both directions, at 2nd and 4th Avenues, for expansion joint removal. One lane will remain open.

Dickson County

Now through June 2018, SR 235 (Slayden-Marion Road) will be Closed at mile marker 13, between North Schmittou Street and Slayden Missionary Baptist Church in Slayden, in order to replace a box culvert.

Dickson-Williamson County

I-40 East Construction of Truck Climbing Lane near Mile Marker 180
From Friday, June 22nd through Wednesday, June 27th (continuous), there will be a temporary shoulder closure on I-40 East, between mile markers 180 and 183, in order to construct a new truck climbing lane.
