Moore becomes Austin Peay’s first four-time recipient of the honor, while both Goodleys make their third consecutive appearance on the list. Stamps is now a two-time honoree, with Cooper becoming the fifth Austin Peay freshman in the last four seasons to earn the honor.

To be named a WGCA All-American Scholar, a women’s golfer must achieve a 3.50 grade-point average or higher and have participated in at least half of their teams tournaments. Of this quintet, four of the five were participants for the Govs at the 2018 Ohio Valley Conference Women’s Golf Championships in April including Ashton Goodley, who earned her first All-OVC nod and a place on the CoSIDA Academic All-District squad this season.

“I’m proud not only of what they do on the course but the hard work they put into their academic pursuits,” said head coach Amy McCollum. “To put multiple girls on this list year after year is a testament to what this program is about—greatness on and off the course.”
