About Alabama A&M

Alabama A&M has had a rough start to its season, losing both of its opening two matches to Chattanooga (3-0) and North Alabama (2-1). The Govs are 6-2 all-time against the Bulldogs, including winning the last four matches of the series. The last meeting between the schools was 2016, a 2-0 win for the Govs. Smith scored a goal in that match and was assisted by defender Melody Fisher.

The match, like home matches, is free to attend and there are bleachers for seating. However, spectators are encouraged to bring their own chairs as bleacher seating is limited.

The Govs have a week off after the match before hitting the road to take on Little Rock, August 31st and Southeastern Conference foe Mississippi State, September 2nd.
