While Clarksville Police Officers were still processing the scene, another robbery took place. This time the business was Chang’s Beauty Salon, Fort Campbell Boulevard.

The man used a similar methodology. He walked in, pulled out a gun, pointed it at the employee and demanded money. He was given the money but continued to point the gun at the woman.

Finally in less than a minute and a half, the suspect fled the store. The vehicle and suspect description was similar in both robberies.

A vehicle and suspect matching the description of the robbery suspects was spotted on Providence Boulevard. As soon as officers attempted to stop the vehicle, a Cadillac CTS, immediately fled. The vehicle fled to different locations throughout the city with officers intermittently discontinuing the pursuit due to the danger being posed to the public by the driver’s unsafe behavior.

The driver of the CTS attempted to turn onto Whitfield Road off the 101st Airborne Division Parkway, struck a stopped vehicle, and then two men abandoned the Cadillac. Officers caught one of the individuals running from the car.

But, the other suspect, identified as Rico Mallory assaulted a woman, even biting her, and stole her Ford F-150, along with the dog inside, and fled from the scene.

The preliminary investigations points to the suspects being involved in several other robberies.
