Clarksville Police add additional charges to Rico Mallory, William Carter

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On Monday, September 17th, 2018 Rico Mallory and William Joyvonne Carter were both charged by Clarksville Police Detective Jobe with Burglary, in conjunction with the break-in at Clarksville Auto Sales occurring between August 12th and August 13th, 2018. The warrants were served on them in the Montgomery County Jail.

The window of Clarksville Auto Sales building was broken, entry was made by multiple males, and car keys, vehicle titles, dealer plates, and cash were taken.

The four vehicles stolen from the lot were a black 2003, Chevrolet Tahoe, maroon 2007 Chevrolet Suburban, blue Chevrolet Corvette, and a 2014 Dodge Charger.

Out of the four vehicles, only the 2014 Dodge Charger has not been recovered.

More charges expected.
