The Austin Peay State University Governors won’t back down from a challenge, as head coach Doug Molnar‘s young team has gone out and competed each and every race. Junior Maisie Lay and senior Caroline Kiplagat look to be near the top of the field as they strive to lead the Govs to a successful outcome.

Molly Howard continues her freshman campaign as she tries to cut her time and work on staying close with Lay and Kiplagat. The trio of Alura Endres, Mikaela Smith, and Larin Harr plan to reprise a successful pack mentality that worked well at the home meet last weekend.

Sophomore Jada Hale aim to cut her time and make the Endres-Smith-Harr trio a quartet after finishing just ten seconds behind the pack last weekend (20:40.77). Emily Woodward will attempt to break the 21 minute barrier as she missed the barrier by less than a second in the home meet (21:00.31).

The duo of Keleah Shell and Lexie Nicholas are determined to keep step for the young Governors team as they head into a meet stacked with talent.
