Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office releases road closure update for Kirby Wallace Manhunt

Montgomery County Sheriff's Office - MCSOClarksville, TN – The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office releases update on safety perimeter and road closures in the manhunt for Kirby Gene Wallace:

The following intersections are closed: Poplar Springs Road at Cumberland City Road, Kirkland Road at Lylewood Road, Kirkland Road at Bartee Road, Bartee Road at Wildcat Creek Road, Riversbend Road at Hayes Ridge Road (both intersections), Hayes Ridge Road at Glen Holliday Road, and Seven Mile Ridge Road at Hayes Ridge Road.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is asking residents in the search area to stay indoors, lock all doors and windows, and report any suspicious activity.

Kirby Gene Wallace is wanted by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for Especially Aggravated Kidnapping, Aggravated Burglary, and Theft of Property for the home invasion that occurred on September 27th, 2018 on River Road.

Wallace is wanted by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the Stewart County Sheriff’s Office to face one count of First Degree Murder, one count of Felony Murder, one count of Attempted Murder, one count of Aggravated Arson, two counts of Especially Aggravated Kidnapping, two counts of Especially Aggravated Robbery, and one count of Especially Aggravated Burglary in connection to an incident in Indian Mound.

There is a reward of up to $2,500 for information leading to his arrest.
