The Resisting and Unlawful Carrying of a Firearm charges came about when officers were trying to take him in custody on November 4th, around 4:40am for the Aggravated Robbery warrant. Woods ran from the officers, dropped a gun, but was caught after a short foot pursuit.

Little did officers know at the time of Woods’ arrest that he had robbed a business about three hours earlier.
