Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are trying to identify a man who duped a clerk into refunding $197.00, after utilizing a fictitious manager’s note.

On November 11th, 2018, a man slipped a note into a propane cage which said money was supposed to be refunded since the person received three empty tanks.

Since the clerk believed it had been authorized by management, the refund was given.
