Clarksville Police respond to Pedestrian Stuck on Fort Campbell Boulevard

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On Saturday, December 1st, 2018, at approximately 7:38pm, Clarksville Police report a 64 year old man was walking west across Fort Campbell Boulevard. from the Oak Haven Hotel, 1425 Fort Campbell Boulevard.

He was wearing a black hat, black coat, and blue jeans. A white Ford F-150 , driven by a 46 year old man was driving north on Fort Campbell Boulevard in the left lane. The Ford F-150 struck the pedestrian as he entered the left travel lane.

The 64 year old man was taken by ambulance to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in critical condition.

The driver of the Ford F-150 was uninjured.

As of Sunday, December 2nd, 2018 around 4:00pm, the pedestrian has undergone surgery and is in critical, stable condition.

No charges have been filed and the lead investigator is Officer Atkins.
