Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are trying to locate a runaway juvenile, Tai Harrell, age 16, height 5’6, weight 100lbs, black hair, and brown eyes.
The juvenile was last seen in Clarksville on Monday, February 4th, 2019, but has not been heard from since then.
It is believed he is still in the local area.
