Tennessee Coalition to end domestic and sexual violenceClarksville, TN – The National Coalition on Domestic Violence is coming to town and bringing board certified attorneys to help citizens in our community. It happens, March 20th-21st, 2019, Wednesday and Thursday at the Clarksville-Montgomery County Public Library, 350 Pageant Lane, Suite 501.

Free Clarksville Legal Clinic

Tennessee Coalition attorneys offer FREE legal services to victims of domestic and sexual violence in areas of immigration, family law, orders of protection, housing, TITLE IX, employment and more.

Their attorneys and advocates will offer free legal services to victims of domestic and sexual violence in the areas of immigration, orders of protection, family law, employment, housing, or any other legal area arising from or relating to victimization.

They can also help students navigate the Title IX disciplinary process, help file a complaint, or help students understand the criminal process and work with the DA on a criminal case. They have bilingual advocates. They will be in Clarksville March 20th-21st, but can also help survivors anytime, as they are a state-wide agency and frequently travel.

The clients must be at or below the poverty line, but they also take into account debt and circumstances in determining whether they meet our eligibility guidelines.
