Clarksville Police report Suspicious Person Call ends up with Two Juvenile Burglars being Caught

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police received a suspicious person call that resulted in two juvenile burglars being caught.

On Tuesday, March 19th, 2019 around 11:45am, officers were called to R.S Bradley Boulevard/Cunningham Lane about two juveniles walking with something wrapped up in a trash bag.

When the officers arrived and the juveniles saw them, they immediately fled on foot.

Officers flooded the area and both juveniles were caught.

The officers started recovering property which the juveniles discarded.

They found firearms, ammunition, and some other items. It was discovered the two juveniles had broken into a Chestnut Grove Court residence earlier and stole the items.

The male juveniles, 15 and 16 years of age were both charged with Burglary, Unlawful Carrying Of A Deadly Weapon, and Evading. They were taken in custody and transported to a juvenile detention facility.

The lead investigator is Detective Delle.
