Blanchfield Army Community Hospital to consolidate some Outpatient, Pharmacy Services Friday

Blanchfield Army Community Hospital (BACH)Fort Campbell, KY – On June 14th, 2019, some outpatient services at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital will consolidate and the Town Center Pharmacy will close one hour early in conjunction with the Fort Campbell training holiday for the Army’s 244th Birthday. The hospital remains open 24/7 for emergency services, inpatient care, and labor and delivery services.

Outpatient Soldier care Friday, June 14th will consolidate to LaPointe Health Clinic. Any Soldier with an outpatient primary care appointment who normally receives their care at Byrd, Campbell Army Airfield, and LaPointe, will be treated at LaPointe, located at 5979 Desert Storm Avenue.

All Family Medical Homes on post will consolidate to Air Assault Family Medical Home in the hospital, located at 650 Joel Drive. Family members and retirees normally seen at Gold, Young Eagle, LaPointe, and Byrd will be seen at the hospital Friday, June 14th.

The Multidisciplinary Behavioral Health and Child and Family Behavioral Health services remain open Friday, June 14th. The Women’s Health clinic will be open for patients with scheduled appointments. Obstetrical patients needing acute care will either be seen on the Labor and Delivery unit or the Emergency Room.

Women who are greater than 20 weeks gestation should go to hospital’s Labor and Delivery unit. Obstetrical patients less than 20 weeks should go the Emergency Room. BACH specialty and surgical services will participate in a Day of No Scheduled Activities and be closed.

The Town Center Pharmacy will be open 8:00am to 5:00pm, Friday, June 14th. To ensure all prescriptions are filled the last ticket will be given 15 minutes prior to closing.

Town Center Pharmacy will be open normal hours, 8:00am to 4:00pm, Saturday June 15th.

All other pharmacies on post remain open normal hours.

The Clarksville-based Screaming Eagle Medical Home and its pharmacy will be open normal hours, Friday, June 14th, 7:30am to 4:00pm.

All clinics and pharmacies will resume normal hours Monday, June 17th.

When coming to the hospital from off post on a training or federal holiday, please note that some vehicle access points to Fort Campbell may be closed. Gate 4 remains open 24/7. Gate hours are available at https://home.army.mil/campbell/index.php/about/gate-hours

Primary care appointments will continue to be made by calling the hospital’s appointment line at 270.798.4677 or 931.431.4677 or by using www.tricareonline.com.
