Clarksville Gas and Water reports Water Outage, Lane Closure on Section of North Second Street

Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – On Tuesday night, June 11th, 2019, the Clarksville Gas and Water Department has turned off water service on a section of North Second Street from McClure Street to Marion Street for fire hydrant replacement work.

Low water pressure may also affect area residents.

Road Closure

Utility construction crews have closed the outer southbound lane of the aforementioned section of North Second Street.

However, the road will be passable during the work.

The hydrant replacement is anticipated to be finished, water service restored and the lane reopened by approximately 2:00am Wednesday, June 12th.
