Whooooo’s ready?

Time: 2:00pm – 3:00pm

Would you like to expand your knowledge on some of our mysterious nocturnal creatures?

How would you like to take an in depth look at the specified diet of our feathered predators?

Join seasonal ranger Marley Williams for a classroom style dissecting experience where we will discuss a Barn owl’s hunting habits, their diet and their unique digestive system.

This interesting information will be followed with a hands on activity where we will dissect sterilized Barn owl pellets. We will keep track of what we are finding then compare information to test our knowledge.

If this hands on learning experience interests you please register online to reserve your very own pellet to dissect!
