Clarksville Police hold Successful “Kona Cones with a Cop”

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On Friday, July 12th, 2019, the Clarksville Police Department and Kona Ice of Greater Clarksville held “Kona Cones with a Cop”.

Clarksville Police Officers and Kona Ice of Greater Clarksville went on the road to six different locations throughout the city on July 10th and July 12th.

Officers were on hand while Kona’s owner Gene May, personally served the delicious Kona Cups to approximately 600 people.

It provided a perfect opportunity for the officers to interact and join adults and children for some Kona ice and conversation.

It was a resounding success and we certainly appreciate Gene May’s generosity and thank folks for coming out on those steamy hot days to meet with us over a cup of ice.
