“Oklahoma!” opens this Friday at Roxy Regional Theatre

Clarskville's Roxy Regional TheatreClarksville, TN – Legends Bank presents Rodgers and Hammerstein’s masterpiece “Oklahoma!” at the Roxy Regional Theatre, beginning this Friday, July 27th, 2018 at 8:00pm. In keeping with the theatre’s traditional pay-what-you-can opening night, all tickets not pre-sold at the regular ticket price will go on sale at 7:30pm that evening for a $5.00 minimum donation.

The high-spirited rivalry between cowboys and farmers in Western Indian territory, just after the turn of the century, provides the colorful background for love between handsome cowboy Curly (played by Hunter Brown) and winsome farm girl Laurey (Amy Laviolette).

Fort Campbell's Morale, Welfare and Recreation - MWRFort Campbell, KY – On Friday, August 17th, 2018, the Air Force Reserve Tour for the Troops is bringing Hunter Hayes to Fort Campbell for a free concert! The concert starts at 7:00pm and is presented by Fort Campbell MWR.

Hunter Hayes is a multi-platinum selling recording artist with multiple sales certifications, more than 700 million on-demand streams, three No. 1 singles – the 5x multi-platinum smash “Wanted,” double-platinum “I Want Crazy” and platinum-selling “Somebody’s Heartbreak” – and over 40 award nominations and wins.

Fort Campbell's Morale, Welfare and Recreation - MWRFort Campbell, KY – Fort Campbell Morale Welfare and Recreation will hold a equipment auction on August 4th, 2018.

MWR equipment that will be auctioned has been deemed in excess, to be unusable, or no longer cost effective to maintain. This equipment will be sold in “as is” condition and there is no warranty or guarantee.

Everyone must have cash or a credit card and be at least 18 years of age to receive a paddle for bidding and to place a bid.

Nashville Zoo’s Red, White and Zoo Wine Event happens this Friday

Nashville ZooNashville, TN – Nashville Zoo invites wine lovers to Red, White and Zoo on Friday, July 27th at 7:00pm. The social event takes patrons on an evening stroll through parts of the Zoo as they enjoy unlimited wine tastings from around the world.

The Zoo’s Andean bear, Caribbean flamingo, meerkat exhibit and more will all be open until sundown with keepers available to answer guests’ questions.

Other activities for the evening include live music, special animal encounters and food available for purchase through local vendors.

Hosted by Central Civitan Club, proceeds will benefit schools, fire departments, persons in need, etc. in southern Montgomery County.

Downtown at SundownClarksville, TN – On Friday, July 20th, 2018 Downtown @ Sundown Concert Series and Street Fair will feature the band Thunderstruck; an AC/DC Tribute Band. Neil Brock and the Cover Ups will be the openers. The music begins at 7:00pm with the featured band beginning at 8:00pm.
