Clarksville, TN – With several intersection improvement projects under way, travel is tough on the southernmost route connecting Interstate 24 at Exit 11 with downtown Clarksville.
City of Clarksville Mayor Kim McMillan urges patience and caution, especially on this route that includes roads with several names and numbers: State Route 76/Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway, U.S. Highway 41A Bypass and State Route 112.
Clarksville, TN – Now that 2016 is behind us, the Tuckessee Chapter of the Harley Owner’s group, or H.O.G, is hosting it’s annual Open House, Saturday night beginning at 6:00pm. This meeting is open to anyone who is interested in becoming a member of the Tuckessee H.O.G Chapter.

Clarksville, TN – Tennessee officials have given the City of Clarksville a green light on its request to install a traffic signal at the intersection of Edmondson Ferry Road and the U.S. Highway 41A Bypass.
The City has been studying the intersection for years but renewed its efforts in July after Clarksville Mayor Kim McMillan, City Street Department officials and Tennessee Department of Transportation leaders met with citizens from neighborhoods near the intersection who urged traffic signals be considered.

Nashville, TN – Nashville-based Hankook Tire America Corp., the leading and one of the fastest growing tire companies in the world, continues its partnership with DAV (Disabled American Veterans) to provide veterans with free services where they live in northern Tennessee.
Hankook and DAV will provide local veterans with free services during two Hankook-DAV Mobile Service Office (MSO) stops at Gateway Tire locations for the second year in a row.
Clarksville TN – Clarksville Police were dispatched to a pedestrian-involved collision at 8:31am Saturday morning, December 5th, 2015 on the Highway 41A South Bypass (Ashland City Road) near Queen’s Bluff Way.
Witnesses said a pedestrian running through traffic caused a collision between two vehicles when a driver had to swerve to miss him. A short time later, the pedestrian was struck by a vehicle down the street from the first incident.

Waynes, NJ – Hankook Tire America Corp., the leading and one of the fastest growing tire companies in the world, continues its partnership with DAV (Disabled American Veterans) by sponsoring DAV’s Mobile Service Office (MSO) stops and providing free services to local veterans in northern Tennessee who need assistance filing claims for Veteran Affairs benefits.
DAV’s MSO will be available at two Gateway Tire locations this week – in Gallatin, Tennessee. on September 24th, and in Clarksville, Tennessee on September 25th.

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has closed lanes on Harper Road, U.S. Highway 41A Bypass and Cedar Court for utility line maintenance work.
Approximately 100 feet of the southbound lane on Harper Road will be closed for natural gas main line work until 3:30pm.
Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department is currently working a Fatality Vehicle Crash at the 41 A By Pass and Glendale Drive. No information is available on the crash at this time other than it involves a Gasoline Truck.
The 41 A By Pass will be closed until further notice and no idea on when we will be able to open the road. This is going to have a major effect on Traffic this evening.
Once again the Bypass is closed between Vista Lane to Edmondson Ferry Road. Commuters will be detoured this evening on their way home so please take an alternate route.
