Clarksville, TN – On Friday, February 7th, 2014 at 1:56pm, the Clarksville Police Department responded to a vehicle crash, involving three vehicles, on the 41A Bypass (Ashland City Road) near Glendale Drive.
The Bypass was shut down between Seven Mile Ferry Road and Glendale Drive. One driver was transported by LifeFlight to Vanderbilt Medical Center and the other two other drivers, along with one passenger, were transported by Montgomery County EMS to Gateway Medical Center.
Clarksville, TN – On Wednesday, August 4th, 2013 at 7:36pm a SUV struck a motorcycle in front of Scooters Pub & Grill, 2458 US 41A Bypass.
Robert Smith Jr was riding the motorcycle when it was hit by a 2008 Mazda CX9 driven by Richard Hardwick. Mr. Smith was taken by EMS to Gateway Medical Center where he was flown by Life flight to Vanderbilt University Medical Center. «Read the rest of this article»

Coley Moore, a server at Ruby Tuesday, was diagnosed with the disease earlier this year and is in need of financial assistance to help pay medical bills brought on by the illness.
This Saturday, December 8th, when you dine at the Madison Street Ruby Tuesday, twenty percent of all non-alcoholic proceeds will go to Coley. Clarksville Roller Derby’s Red River Sirens are hosting their 2nd annual Scaryokie Karaoke fundraiser on Saturday, November 17th at Scooters Pub and Grill, 2458 Highway 41A Bypass, Clarksville. Doors open at 7:00pm, Karaoke begins at 8:00pm, and a $5.00 minimum donation is requested.
Clarksville, TN – Storms that moved through Clarksville this afternoon were the cause of power outages that affected approximately 7,000 customers in various part of town.

Clarksville, TN – On December 2nd, 2011, around 9:15am, a woman’s Chevy Tahoe was burglarized within seconds after she got out of the vehicle to go inside of the business at the 700 Block of Riverside Drive. You can see in the video the male did not waste any time entering her unlocked vehicle after the driver exited.
He took the woman’s purse, cell phone, and some paperwork from inside of the vehicle. The male was described as a white male, short around 5 ft tall, thin, brown hair.
Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Departments wants to remind the public that on December 9th through the 10th. They will host a multi-agency sobriety checkpoint on the 41A bypass near Gatlin Drive from 11:00pm to 2:00am.
The same night Police will conduct an impaired driving saturation patrol throughout the City of Clarksville.

Clarksville, TN – On October 22nd, 2011, around 7:00pm, teenagers’ horseplay sent three to the hospital by Lifeflight and one to Gateway by ambulance.
A 16 year old male driving a 1995 Jeep Wrangler north on the 41A Bypass/Ashland City Road jokingly told his 11 year old brother that he could drive. A passenger in the back seat then interfered with the 16 years old’s ability to drive the vehicle, causing him to lose control of the vehicle, exit the right side of the roadway down an embankment, and crash into a utility pole on the passenger side of the vehicle.
Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and Montgomery County EMS responded to a vehicle accident on the Highway 41A By-Pass, across from Pet Palace, around 7:07pm Saturday night, October 22nd.
When they arrived, they found a jeep had gone off the road and was wrapped around a telephone pole. There were multiple passengers, two of which were trapped in the vehicle. One has been extracted and they are in the process of extracting the other. Three LifeFlights were called in for the accident.
This is all based on preliminary information given by Clarksville Police. More information will be available when it is released.
