Knoxville, TN – Sixth-ranked Notre Dame comes to town Monday night, as the Lady Vols host their We Back Pat game at Thompson-Boling Arena with a nationally-televised match-up.

Nashville, TN – Representatives from the Franklin American Mortgage Music City Bowl have announced that the University of Tennessee Volunteers will represent the Southeastern Conference (SEC) in the 19th annual Bowl as they take on the University of Nebraska Cornhuskers of the Big Ten Conference.
Kickoff will be Friday, December 30th at 2:30pm CST at Nissan Stadium in Nashville Tennessee. The game will be televised live on ESPN.

Knoxville, TN – The Tennessee basketball program returns to action on Saturday when it hosts Georgia Tech at 12:00noon CT at Thompson-Boling Arena.
Saturday’s game will not be televised, but will be streamed online through SEC Network +, available on WatchESPN and the WatchESPN app. Darren Headrick (play-by-play), Ryan Childress (analyst) and Maddy Glab (reporter) have the call.

Clarksville, TN – Six contests against Atlantic Coast Conference foes highlight Austin Peay State University’s 2017 baseball schedule presented by head coach Travis Janssen, Wednesday.
After opening the season at Raymond C. Hand Park with the Riverview Inn Governors Challenge, the Governors will travel to ACC tournament champion North Carolina State for a three-game series during Week 2 (February 24th-26th) of the schedule.

Knoxville, TN – Notre Dame, Baylor, Texas and Stanford headline a stout non-conference Tennessee women’s basketball schedule that was released on Monday by fifth-year Lady Vol Head Coach Holly Warlick (108-34, .761).

UT, which returns four starters from a team that finished 22-14 and rallied for the program’s fourth NCAA Elite Eight appearance in five seasons, is ranked No. 11 in Charlie Creme’s ESPN.com “Way-Too-Early Preseason top 25”. The Lady Vols welcome back their top scorer in redshirt junior guard Diamond DeShields (14.3 ppg.) and top rebounder in redshirt junior center Mercedes Russell (8.3 rpg.).

Clarksville, TN – A 17-day preseason will be put to the test when the Austin Peay State University volleyball team opens its 2014 campaign at the Big Orange Bash, hosted by Clemson, Friday-Saturday.
The Lady Govs open their regular-season with a 1:00pm, Friday contest against Troy. Austin Peay then meets host Clemson 7:00pm, Friday which will be available on Tigercast – Clemson’s live streaming video service.
