The game may be rescheduled if the teams find a compatible open date.

APSU Baseball’s Matt Joslin named OVC Player of the Week

APSU BaseballBrentwood, TN – With 13 RBI in 12 plate appearances last week, Austin Peay State University (APSU) baseball designated hitter Matt Joslin earned the Ohio Valley Conference’s Player of the Week award, Monday.

In addition, Joslin was among those selected Monday as Collegiate Baseball’s National Players of the Week powered by Diamond Sports.

APSU Women's BasketballClarksville, TN – The Austin Peay State University (APSU) women’s basketball team earned a comfortable victory over Tennessee State, 74-47, Thursday night, at the Dunn Center.

The Governors (9-9, 4-3 OVC) rallied behind Keisha Gregory’s blistering 13 first quarter points, which combined with an efficient second half, allowed the Govs to lead from the opening basket to the end of the game.

APSU Track and Field kicks off 2019 at Ed Temple Classic

APSU Women's Track and FieldClarksville, TN – Austin Peay State University (APSU) track and field looks to get back in the swing of things after a month away from competition when the Govs compete at the 2019 Ed Temple Classic, Sunday, at the Gentry Center in Nashville. Hosted by Tennessee State, the meet is scheduled to begin at 9:00am.

In addition to the Governors and host Tigers, student-athletes from Alabama A&M, Middle Tennessee, Cumberland, Fisk, Kentucky State and Voorhees are scheduled to compete.

The Governors (5-5) shot 49 percent from the floor and dominated the glass en route to a wire-to-wire win.
