Austin Peay State University to host Spring AP Day in February

Clarksville TN –Area high school students hoping to enter college will have an opportunity to win a $3,000 scholarship to APSU, when the university hosts it’s Spring 2013 AP Day, February 16.

Clarksville, TN – Austin Peay State University‘s athletics marketing and promotions office has announced several exciting promotions for the upcoming month and it all starts with Governors Football.

APSU encourages fans to take part in AP Pride Day, Saturday. Along with Austin Peay’s Office of Admissions hosting more than 400 prospective students, Govs football hosts Culver-Stockton, 1:00pm, at Governors Stadium, followed by Lady Govs volleyball against Southeast Missouri at 4:30pm, and Govs basketball in exhibition action against Central Missouri at 7:30pm.

High School Students attending AP Day October 6th get a chance to win $3,000 Austin Peay State University Scholarship

Clarksville, TN – High school students interested in attending Austin Peay State University will get the opportunity to see the campus first hand and possibly win a $3,000 scholarship during the University’s AP Day on Saturday October 6th.

Students who qualify for unconditional admission to APSU for the Fall 2013 semester are eligible for the scholarship drawing. The submission of their AP Day evaluation form will serve as their ticket for the drawing, and the winner will be announced during that evening’s football game against rival Murray State. «Read the rest of this article»

University faculty, staff and students will provide the same informational sessions and activities on both days.

Check-in for both days is from 9:30am-10:00am in the Foy Fitness and Recreation Center. Students and their parents will receive tickets for lunch in the campus cafeteria, located on the main floor of Morgan University Center.
