Clarksville’s 2014 Frolic on Franklin now accepting Artist Applications

 

Frolic on FranklinClarksville, TN –  Artist applications are now available for booth space at the 9th Annual “Frolic on Franklin: A Celebration of the Arts.” The event will be held on Saturday, September 13th from 8:30am-3:30pm in the 100-block of Franklin Street.

Artists may display, sell, and demonstrate original and hand-created items.

Participation is limited to 28 applicants and a $25.00 entry fee is required.

Clarksville’s Rivers and Spires Festival now accepting Vendor, Volunteer and Entertainer Applications

 

Rivers and Spires FestivalClarksville, TN – The 12th annual award-winning Rivers and Spires Festival, held in Historic Downtown Clarksville, Tennessee, is currently accepting applications for vendors, volunteers and entertainers.

The 2014 Festival will be held Thursday, April 24th through Saturday, April 26th. As in years past, Thursday night will have limited entertainment and concessions. The Family Fun Zone, with activities for toddlers to teens, will not be open until 5:00pm Friday night.

Land Between the Lakes - LBLGolden Pond, KY - Land Between The Lakes (LBL) National Recreation Area reminds hunters that the July 31st, deadline for submitting 2013 quota deer hunt applications is rapidly approaching.

To submit your application before July 31st, visit www.lbl.org or call 270.924.2065. The application fee is $5.00 online, or $7.00 by phone. On or after August 28th, applicants can visit www.lbl.org and go to the quota hunt application link to see if they were drawn.
