Clarksville, TN – District Two patrol units were dispatched to a reported shooting in the Summit Heights neighborhood at 3:34pm today, May 22nd, 2015. Officers discovered a man with multiple gunshot wounds and a white SUV with bullet damage at the Summit Heights exit onto Paradise Hill Road.
The man was taken by ambulance to a landing zone at Barksdale Elementary School and loaded onto a Life-Flight helicopter for transport to a Nashville hospital. The victim is still alive at this time.

Austin Peay State University’s Mickey Fisher Memorial Golf Tournament is July 12th-13th at Fort Campbell’s Cole Park
Clarksville, TN – Since having a successful inaugural event in 2010, the Mickey Fisher Memorial Golf Tournament has returned every summer to raise money for scholarships – and will do so again next month.
The Mickey Fisher Memorial Golf Tournament will be held Friday, July 12th and Saturday, July 13th at Cole Park at Fort Campbell, KY. The entry fee of $400.00 includes dinner, auction and scholarship presentation at 6:00pm, Friday, July 12th at the Bud Barn off Exit 19 on Interstate 24 and lunch at noon both days at Cole Park.
