Clarksville Police have Third Man in Custody in Shots Fired case in Barkwood Drive Area

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – On September 24th, 2012 Clarksville Police responded to a shooting in the Barkwood Drive Area.

When Officers arrived, they found that the shooting was over an argument about a two year old taking a balloon from a house that was going to be shown by a realtor.

The suspects had left the scene.

Clarksville Police reports Man Looking for Good Deal Gets More Than He Bargained For

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – A man, Timothy John Spalding, claimed on November 20th, 2012, around 3:20am, that he was robbed by an unknown male in the vicinity of Ernest Shelton Drive.

He told officers that he had been hit in the head with a handgun, and when he regained consciousness that he had been robbed of $580.00. A investigation into the robbery by Detective Dave Bramel revealed the truth.

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – On September 24th, 2012 Clarksville Police responded to a shooting in the Barkwood Drive Area. Officers found that the shooting was over an argument about a two year old taking a balloon from a house that was going to be shown by a realtor. The suspects fled the area.

On September 25th, 2012, around 3:45pm, James Antonio Bagwell turned himself in to the Montgomery County Jail.

Clarksville Police report Confrontation over a Balloon leads to Shots Fired

 

Police Looking for Suspect

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – On September 24th, 2012, around 5:30pm, Clarksville Police Officers responded to a shooting in progress call in the Barkwood Drive area.

When officers arrived on scene, the shooting suspects had already fled from the area in an older model light gray Ford Thunderbird. The 41 year old female and 24 year old male victims were still at the scene, unharmed.
