Round Rock, TX – The Nashville Sounds plated six runs in the top of the ninth inning, capped by a two-run Eric Farris homer, to record an 11-5 victory on Sunday evening at The Dell Diamond in the club’s final road game of the season.
The Sounds (63-73), who rapped out 15 hits and were not retired in order in any of the nine innings in the contest, recorded their 23rd last at-bat win of the season to finish their final road trip with a 4-5 record. The 11 runs marked just the fourth double-digit scoring total for Nashville this year.

Nashville, TN – Mark Rogers turned in a solid start and Eric Farris belted a two-run homer to lead the Nashville Sounds to a 3-1 victory over the Round Rock Express on Monday evening at Greer Stadium in the opener of a four-game series.
Rogers (5-6) continued his dominant pitching in home contests, holding the Express to one run on four hits over seven innings of work — his fifth quality start of the year. He struck out six batters while walking only one during his 99-pitch effort.

Nashville Sounds Splits Four-Game Series With Round Rock Express
Nashville, TN – The Round Rock Express plated three runs in the top of the tenth inning to record an 8-5 victory over the Nashville Sounds in a Memorial Day matinee at Greer Stadium.
With the defeat, Nashville (20-30) missed a chance to record its third winning home series in the last four sets at Greer as the teams split their four-game holiday weekend series. The game was the Sounds’ seventh extra-inning contest of the year (4-3), which ties for the most in the PCL.

Nashville, TN – Nashville Sounds third baseman Hainley Statia provided the game-winning RBI single in the bottom of the eighth inning for a 7-6 victory over the Round Rock Express on Friday night at Greer Stadium.
With Corey Patterson on third base on two outs, Statia roped a liner to right field for the Sounds’ second last-at-victory in consecutive nights and eighth of the season. Nashville moved to 19-28 on the season and 12-5 in one-run games.
