Clarksville, TN – Clarksville’s favorite night of stand-up comedy returns for 2012 aspresents Comedy on the Cumberland on April 24th at its new venue, the . This comedy series features some of the funniest stand-up comedians in the country, and is set to be even bigger and better than before.
“Comedy on the Cumberland is one of the best things we do here at the bank, said Sammie Stuard, President of F&M Bank. We’re able to sponsor a unique event, plus we can support different charities with each show. We’re proud to be on board for another series of events.”
Clarksville, TN – “” had a wonderful first year at the Custom’s House Museum in 2011. Produced by , and presented by Better Homes and Garden Real Estate, the quarterly events were used to showcase the museum, and to raise money for local charity. The first year generated $4,000 dollars for local charities.
Maurice and Terri Vaughn, of Better Homes and Garden Real Estate bought into the new idea right away. “We were looking to launch our new company, and thought this would be a unique way of advertising our company, and giving back to Clarksville.” according to Maurice Vaughn.
Clarksville, TN - Cidnie Sydney-Brewington has joined the Clarksville Sports Network as a photo-journalist, joining James D. Horne and Wade Neely. Sydney-Brewington will be responsible for capturing Clarksville’s sporting events on camera.
“As a Clarksville native, I am excited to be a part of the Clarksville Sports Network, covering the Clarksville sports scene, having an opportunity for my camera and me to be more involved in that world,” said Sydney-Brewington.

It will provide the area’s most extensive coverage of Clarksville area sports including radio play-by-play, a new talk show and a digital platform. James D. Horne and Wade Neely will be hosting a new show called, “From the Sideline”, and Sydney-Brewington will be a contributor and photo editor for the website.
