McGrattan, 31 (9/2/81), went scoreless and posted four penalty minutes during a two-week conditioning stint with Milwaukee from February 15th-24th.

Nashville Predators send forward Brian McGrattan to the Milwaukee Admirals on a Conditioning Assignment

McGrattan remains on Nashville’s active roster during the conditioning stint.

Nashville Predators to face the Anaheim Ducks Saturday

 

Nashville-Predators-logoNashville, TN -  The Nashville Predators are hoping to shake off their lackluster performance against the St. Louis Blues on Thursday night, as they face the Anaheim Ducks on Saturday.

This marks the third stop of a franchise record tying seven-game road swing; the Predators also played seven straight on the road from October 30th-November 12th, 2002. Nashville PredatorsNashville, TN – News broke during Tuesday’s practice that Nashville Predators forwards Alexander Radulov and Andrei Kostitsyn would miss Game 3 of Nashville’s Western Conference Semifinal series due to an undisclosed violation of team rules.

“I met with both of them this morning,” general manager David Poile said at a media availability during practice. “They know that they are not playing the game. This has been no more than a big distraction for our hockey team. I wanted to make the announcement today just to get this distraction out of the way so our players could get better prepared for Game 3 tomorrow night.”

Nashville PredatorsNashville, TN – The Nashville Predators ran through a quick practice Saturday morning before packing their things and heading to Detroit on an afternoon charter flight. Once again, Predators defenseman Hal Gill did not practice with the team.

He has missed both playoff games with a lower body injury and told gathered media what it has been like watching from the sidelines.

Nashville PredatorsNashville, TN – The Nashville Predators had their full roster on the ice Thursday for the entirety of practice–a bit of a luxury at this time of the season when the schedule can wear on teams. After the 40-minute practice session, the team met with members of the media then quickly packed all of its gear for a 1:00pm charter flight to Detroit.
