Tennessee is competing in its eighth Sweet Sixteen all time and sixth since 2000. The Vols are 31-5 this season. APSU Men’s Tennis adds home match against Martin Methodist, Friday

APSU Men's TennisClarksville, TN – The Austin Peay State University (APSU) men’s tennis team has added a home match against Martin Methodist, 1:00pm, Friday, March 15th.

The Governors (3-10) added the match as a final tune-up before Ohio Valley Conference play gets underway in less than two weeks.

Tennessee Volunteers - UT VolsKnoxville, TN – No. 1 Tennessee Vols host the Florida Gators on Saturday for a matchup in front of a sold-out Thompson-Boling Arena.

Tennessee announced plans earlier in the week to “checker” Thompson-Boling Arena for the matchup with its SEC rival. Fans planning to attend the sold-out showdown, which tips off at 3:00pm CT on ESPN, are encouraged to visit CheckerTBA.com to learn whether their seats are in a section designated to wear orange or white.

The Vols (21-1, 9-0 SEC) defeated the Gators last month in Gainesville, 78-67. It was a hard-fought matchup in a tough road environment.

APSU Men's TennisKnoxville, TNJacob Lorino, of Austin Peay State University (APSU) men’s tennis team, kept his impressive showing up at the ITA Ohio Valley Regionals, Friday, October 12th, 2018.

After Lorino and partner Timo Kiesslich won their first round doubles match yesterday, Lorino defeated a familiar foe in Butler’s Lope Adelakun in the consolation draw for singles.
