Clarksville Police report Vehicle Runs Off the road when Driver looks down to Operate a GPS

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – On February 11th, 2013, around 10:45am, Brooklyn Miller, 19, of New Johnsonville, TN, was traveling south on the 41A-Bypass in a 2002 Chevy Impala, looked down to operate a GPS, left the right side of the roadway, traveled approximately 200 feet, and came to rest on the side of a hill near Queens Bluff Way.

The driver was wearing a seat belt and uninjured.

Clarksville Police report 86 year old Women killed in Crash at Hwy 76 and Old Farmers Road

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – On November 24th, 2012, around 4:02pm, a 2007 Chevy Impala, driven by Evelyn Ray, 86, of Bowling Green, KY was traveling north on Old Farmers Road, crossed eastbound Hwy 76, failing to yield to an oncoming 1999 Ford Mustang, driven by Maurice Pitts, 26, of Clarksville, TN.

The Mustang collided with the Impala between the driver’s side front tire and door.

Clarksville Police reports Two Incidents of Car Windows being Shattered along Interstate 24

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department wants to make the public aware that there have been two incidents of vehicles traveling on I-24 westbound between mile marker 9 and 10 when their driver side windows were shattered.

On November 9th, 2012, around 1:00pm, a man from out of state was driving westbound on I-24 in an F-250 pickup westbound and when his driver side window was shattered between mile marker 9 and 10.

Storage Unit Burglars Caught in the Act

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentOn September 1st, 2010 around 1:00am, Officer Sven Szczerbiak was checking a storage facility on the 400 Block of Tiny Town Road when he found that 3 storage units had been broken into. The locks had been cut and appeared to have been rifled through.

Additional officers responded to the area to look for possible suspects and to complete a check of the rest of the storage unit area to see if other units had been broken into. Ten units had been broken into. «Read the rest of this article»
